1. Can I authorize someone to pick up the order for me?
Yes. Please fill in the Delivery Information of your relatives/friends in the customer Info of shopping cart and he/she will also receive a copy of the e-receipt. Just ask them to print out the e-receipt and bring along to the selected outlet to pick up the order. Or, you can print the copy of your e-receipt and pass to your relatives/friends and let them pick up for you in the selected outlet.
2. Can I change the pick-up location?
You cannot change the pick-up location once the order is confirmed as your order will be processed immediately. Therefore, please check after selecting the pick-up outlet.
3. If I cannot pick up the order by the pick-up date, what should I do?
All the orders will be kept in the selected outlets for 3 months. Just go to the selected outlet to pick up your order within the period of time. For product not picked up after 3 months from the Delivery Date, FOTOMETA will handle the product at its own discretion without prior notice.
4. Mailing Service
FOTOMETA also offered mailing service for both local and international mailing address. We also offer local register post (service by Hong Kong Post) once ordered value over $100. For the international mail, we offered register mail that ensure your product will be received by you.
5. To Pick up your Redemption and E-SHOP
To pick up your redemption and e-shop orders, please provide your contact no. and password at your selected outlet for verification.
6. How can I pick up my order from EF Locker?
6.1. Go to selected EF Locker pick up after receiving the SMS pick up notification
6.2. Press "Pick Up” on the locker screen and enter the 8-digit verification code shown in the SMS
6.3. The corresponding grid door will open automatically
6.4. Take out the parcel and close the grid door to complete the pick up process
